Appointments

Once your referral is received, our appointments secretary will liaise with you, with a view to arranging an appointment for you. An appointment may be held in our office, or alternatively in your home, your office, or your general practitioner surgery. Our operating hours are from 9.00am to 9.00pm daily. There is also an emergency 24-hour service that enables us to attend to individuals in acute distress, and, needing emergency help.

Our initial appointment and consultation aims to achieve a full assessment of your difficulties, and may last up to two hours. This provides us with information that would be crucial in formulating a management plan for you. You will be fully involved in the formulation and implementation of your treatment.

An initial appointment may be all that you need in the treatment and resolution of your difficulties, but follow-up appointments may be required, to ensure that you receive the full scope of care you need, towards maintaining resolution. A standard follow-up appointment may last an hour or more, depending on your circumstances at the time.

Whilst it may not be absolutely necessary, we require that when attending your appointment, you should be accompanied by a relative, friend, or, other supporter. Should we require to visit and assess you at home, it is our policy that our clinical staff are assisted by a support staff.

Our office-based consultation is held at:

505, Crown House

North Circular Road, London NW107PN

For information on appointments and consultation fees, you may call our appointments secretary on +44 (0) 208-963-0961, or +44(0)208-951-9570.
